Grievances and privacy requests
CalcTortoise is operated by KRD Technologies, India. Our Grievance Team handles complaints about the site and requests about your personal data. Write to grievance@calctortoise.com. We reply within 30 days.
Reporting a mistake
It helps us most if you include:
- the page address — the Copy link button includes your figures;
- the result you expected, and where it came from (a bank statement, passbook or notice);
- for a rule or rate, a link to the official notification if you have one.
Corrections are listed in the change log. Please do not send account numbers, PAN, Aadhaar or other personal details — we never need them.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal financial advice or deal with your bank, post office or lender for you. For problems with an account, contact the institution that holds it.
